An After Fire Survey: Towards Resilience

The Eaton and Palisades Fires devastated thousands of structures and severely impacted the LA County residents. As both a researcher and a survivor of the Eaton fire, I am deeply motivated to understand the emotional aftermath and identify factors that affect psychological resilience and ongoing personal recovery efforts.

This questionnaire is designed to gather data on coping strategies, challenges, and perceived needs during recovery.

Principal Investigator: Nancy S. Choe (PhD, LMFT, ATR-BC)

Survey: This anonymous survey aims to explore factors that support resilience and identify barriers to recovery and well-being. Findings will inform community-based approaches to post-disaster mental health services and offer insights into ongoing recovery efforts.
